A Baltimore woman and a retired city police officer were among five victims of the financial system invited to meet privately with President Barack Obama at the White House today. The group is to include Andrew Giordano, 61, a retired city police officer and wounded Vietnam veteran, who was penalized by overdraft fees that his bank imposed without asking him in advance, according to the White House.
